Chanah Zeid
Chanah had met Harry (Chiel Zeid) in Yvansk. They
were engaged in Europe and married in Chicago in 1921. Chanah and Chiel
had a small grocery store on Sawyer Avenue south of Roosevelt Road (in the
heart of the West Side Jewish neighborhood) .Their family grew.

Harry and Chanah ZeidThey prospered after the depression years of the
1930' s and they gave up the grocery business. Chanah and Harry celebrate
an important wedding anniversary.

Tzutel and Velvel Gula
Tzutel, Hendel Liebe's second daughter, married
Velvel Gula. They remained in Bogria and had five children. The eldest,
Harry, managed to survive the Nazi occupation and the Terienstadt
concentration camp. Harry died this past year. We shall miss him.
